Men's Golf Fifth After Day One of the Strimer Memorial Invitational

April 1 – DELAWARE, Ohio – The Hiram College men's golf team recently finished round one of the Strimer Memorial Invitational hosted by Ohio Wesleyan University on Saturday. The Terriers are currently sitting in fifth place with a team score of 356.

The Terriers were led in day one by Michael Schustrich who ranks tied for 13th place. Schustrich posted a +10 (81) on the Par 71 course at Oakhaven Golf Club.

Other leaders for Hiram include James Workman and Ryan Paterak. Workman currently sits 25th with a +17 (88), while Paterak finished day one with a +19 (90) score and sits 27th.

The leader in club house following day one was Denison's Jonathan Taylor, who holds the outright lead with a +2 (73). Ohio Wesleyan, meanwhile, holds the team lead with a score of 306 (+22).

Hiram will complete play at the Strimer Memorial Invitational on Sunday, April 2.
