GRANVILLE, Ohio -- The Hiram College women's lacrosse team suffered a 20-1 loss to Denison in its season finale on Saturday.

The Terriers conclude the season at 5-11 overall and 0-8 in the NCAC, while the Big Red improve to 9-6, 6-2.

The five victories in 2015 are a new program record.

Denison controlled play right away opening up a 16-0 halftime lead. The Big Red added four more goals in the second half to open up a 20-0 advantage.

Sophomore Autumn Osgood (Hyde Park, Vt./Lamoille Union) scored the Terriers lone goal on a free position shot with no time remaining. Osgood finishes the season with the school record in goals (34) and points (39).

Freshman Rachel Metcalf (Stow/Stow-Munroe Falls) made 11 saves in goal for Hiram.

Denison held a 37-3 advantage in shots and a 28-9 edge in ground balls.
