Oct. 10- MEADVILLE, Pennsylvania –Two early goals and a last minute score proved the difference in the Hiram women's soccer team's 3-0 fall at Allegheny on Tuesday.
 
The Gators' Taylor Renk got off to to a quick start, scoring the teams' first goal in the ninth minute of play. 
 
Allegheny's second goal came from Blair Proteau towards the end of the first half with 33:33 on the clock. 
 
Shannon McGuinn cemented the Gators' victory, getting a shot past the Terrier goalkeeper with 13:53 left in the second half. 
 
Freshman Hannah Ward led the Terriers' offense tallying three of the five shots on goal. Fellow freshman Sam Minor had a wide attempt in the first half. While, sophomore pair Val Lauderback and Isabel Ebel totaled a shot on goal, each.
 
NCAC player of the week Ally Green had five saves on the night. 
 
The Terriers will return home to take on the Kenyon College Ladies. The matchup is scheduled for 5:30 p.m. on Saturday, October 14.
