Swimming and Diving Falls in Road Meet Against Wooster

WOOSTER, Ohio -- The Hiram College men's and women's swimming and diving teams were defeated by the Wooster Fighting Scots on Saturday afternoon.

Both of the Wooster teams both improve to a 3-1 record, while the Terriers fall to 0-4 (0-2, NCAC).

The final score of the women's meet was 177-46, while the men's final score was 166-57.

Jenna Nelson and Emily Kelly were the top two finishers for the women's team. Both of them took the top spots in the 100-yard IM and the 50-yard butterfly with 1:12.18 and 35.30 times

Reeve Bowling led the way for the men's team. Bowling placed first in the 100-yard IM with a time of 1:02.02. He also took the top spot in the 50-yard butterfly with a 25.8 time.

Hiram return to action next Saturday when they travel to Wilmington for a nonconference meet at 1 p.m.
