June 14 – CLEVELAND, Ohio – Hiram College Athletics is pleased to announce that 29 total athletes from across the Hiram landscape have been named to the North Coast Athletic Conference (NCAC) Academic Honor Roll.

All honorees for the NCAC Academic Honor Roll must be at least a sophomore on an active roster in a conference-sponsored sport during the 2017-18 academic year. In addition, the student-athlete must have attained a 3.5 cumulative grade-point average.

Of the 29 Terriers that were honored, the Hiram women's soccer team led the charge for the second-consecutive year. Also earning a team academic award from the United Soccer Coaches for third-straight season, coach Michael Cracas' squad placed 10 members on the list to lead the way.

The women's swimming and diving and men's soccer teams added the second-most members to the list, while the Terrier baseball and women's lacrosse and volleyball teams had multiple athletes earn the honor.

By class, the sophomores were the most represented for the Terriers, with 16 athletes from the class of 2020-21 being honored. Eight seniors also adorned the list, as did five juniors.

Overall, the NCAC saw a total of 743 student-athletes named to the list, up 54 from the previous season. A full list of the Hiram honorees can be found, below. The entire NCAC Academic Honor Roll can be viewed here.
