Men's Basketball picked to finish 10th in NCAC

CLEVELAND, Ohio -- The Hiram College men's basketball team was picked to finish 10th of 10 teams in the NCAC Men's Basketball Preseason poll.

The Terriers received 19 points in the poll.

Ohio Wesleyan was tabbed as preseason favorites with 98 points and eight first place votes, Wooster was picked second with 92 points and two first place votes and Wittenberg rounded out the top three with 72 points.

Hiram returns 11 letterwinners and its top five scorers from last season's squad that went 11-14 and finished 5-13 in the NCAC.

The Terriers will open up the 2015-16 season on November 16, with a contest at Division I Akron that will begin at 7 p.m.
