HIRAM, Ohio -- Hiram swimming alumnus Rich Blough will be inducted into the International Masters Swimming Hall of Fame on Friday, September 23.
While attending Hiram, Blough was a three-time All-American. After guaduating, he swam in international competitions, during which he was awarded 19 gold medals.
Blough then pursued a career in coaching, making stops at the University of Kansas, Topeka West High School and several Ohio high schools. He currently is the assistant diving coach at the College of Wooster.
In addition to that, Blough serves as a referee at the NCAA Div. III Men's and Women's National Championships and as a diving judge for the Div. II National Championships.
