Men's and Women's Cross Country compete at NCAC Championships

GRANVILLE, OHIO -- The Hiram College men's and women's cross country teams competed at the NCAC Championships on Saturday afternoon.

The women's team finished ninth of nine teams and the men's team was 10th of 10.

In the women's race, freshman Dana Yeater (Kinsman/Badger) led the Terriers across the finish line in 29:32.20, which placed her 92nd.

Junior Ashley Dillon (Orwell/Grand Valley) finished right behind in 93rd in 29:32.90.

In the men's race, junior Kevin Kerper crossed first for Hiram, placing 95th in 34:26.50.

Hiram will compete again on Friday at the Wooster Twilight Relays, beginning at 7 p.m.
