Brennan Cain (Class of 2024) begins his first season as head coach of the Terriers men's and women's golf programs in 2026-27, which comes on the heels of four years with the program (two as an assistant coach and two as a student-athlete).Â
Cain helped the entire Terriers roster develop alongside former head coach James Workman, recently working with nine golfers who represented all four academic classes. He notably lifted Ian Muka to an All-PAC Honorable Mention selection, as well as strong team performances at the Mount Union Fall Invitational in September 2025 and Denison Spring Shootout in April 2026.
As a student-athlete himself, Cain represented himself well as one of the team's four golfers at the 2023 NCAC Championships. He has frequently practiced and competed at The Tanglewood Club in Chagrin Falls, OH and Sugar Bush Golf Club in Garrettsville, OH.
Cain graduated from Hiram College and earned his bachelor's degree in the spring of 2024.
